Our goal is to develop sustainable solutions, so a key part of the process is to identify a group (within the organization) or a separate organization that can take over the day to day running and administration of the courses (schedule, registration of students, semi-presencial classes, grading, etc.). We will offer to train the “teachers”, but the goal is to have a fully independent, sustainable course.
