Eco Brixs is an innovative initiative tackling plastic waste management and unemployment in Uganda through a circular model. They provide economic incentives to plastic collectors for each kilogram collected, recycle the materials into useful products like bricks and lumber, and reinvest in the community. Additionally, they promote social inclusion by creating jobs for marginalized groups, including youth, women, and people with disabilities. Through education and sustainability, Eco Brixs transforms waste into opportunities.
