Tutator participated in the presentation of the report « Situation of adolescents in Social Reintegration Centers in the context of the health emergency due COVID-19 pandemic », a document that will collaborate in guaranteeing the rights of adolescents in conflict with the law. This diagnosis presents the situation of the Social Reintegration Centers throughout the country in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It also points out the recommendations to improve access to justice and the conditions of this population, focusing on structural issues in favor of the construction of a specialized system for adolescents in conflict with the law in the country.
