TDH Connect - Terre des hommes Jordan
Description
Terre des hommes works with children and families in vulnerable situations in Jordan. Its teams need to follow participants from registration and assessment through activities, services and referrals. Each project has its own criteria and indicators, so teams need to collect information specific to each activity while using a consistent set of basic participant data. Terre des hommes and Tutator are designing TDH Connect to bring those records together, support follow-up with children and families, and help teams monitor how each project is delivered.
The solution
Children’s rights
TDH Connect is designed to help teams follow each child’s participation from initial registration through case closure. Staff will be able to document needs and protection concerns, record referrals, and track the support provided and the progress made over time. Bringing those records together will help teams understand what has already been done and what still needs attention.
Social Services
The platform will help teams record attendance, activities and services across projects. Each project has its own eligibility criteria and reporting needs, so the design combines basic participant information with assessments tailored to each activity. This will help teams follow participation and service delivery while collecting the information they need to monitor their projects.
